Credential Maintenance

The DCC credential is valid only until your certificate expires and if you comply with CCE policies and procedures, including disclosure requirements.

To maintain your DCC credential, you must:

  • Pay your annual maintenance fee of $20. Renewals due for 2019 will be billed at $20.
  • Disclose any disciplinary matter within 60 days of your knowledge of the matter. (See Ethics for more information.)

Reinstating an Inactive/Expired DCC Credential

With the launch of our new Board Certified-TeleMental Health Provider (BC-TMH) credential, CCE no longer reinstates inactive or expired DCCs. You are welcome to train and apply for the BC-TMH. Please refer to the requirements on our BC-TMH website.
